Recently had the chance to pre plan and pay for my final arrangements through Hardage-Giddens. I had been planning on doing this for some time, but a medical scare two weeks ago made me take action.
The lady I worked with, Elizabeth walked me through all the steps of pre planning with great compassion and a great attitude. This is not an easy topic to discuss, but Elizabeth made me feel as though I was talking with a friend.

My family’s experience with Beaches Chapel by Hardage-Giddens was absolutely outstanding and very professional. Funeral Director Jennifer Crews and her team were very attentive to our needs, accommodating of each request, and showing compassion as we navigated the process of saying goodbye to our loving wife. The celebration of life ceremony and religious service was executed by Jen’s team without a hitch, with nothing but praise from the over 110 people present, and the 260 people that watched the ceremony via YouTube livestream. Lynn helped a very unexpected and heartbreaking situation become manageable. She and all of the staff were helpful, sympathetic, and just overall supportive. It takes a special type of personal to find the balance of sympathetic and professional, and they were all of that. We didn’t once feel any pressure to choose upgraded packaging. Lynn listened, sympathized and made sure we covered everything to make sure we felt like my MIL was honored. Would highly recommend as a guide to help you through the hardest days of your life.
