Lynn helped a very unexpected and heartbreaking situation become manageable. She and all of the staff were helpful, sympathetic, and just overall supportive. It takes a special type of personal to find the balance of sympathetic and professional, and they were all of that. We didn’t once feel any pressure to choose upgraded packaging. Lynn listened, sympathized and made sure we covered everything to make sure we felt like my MIL was honored. Would highly recommend as a guide to help you through the hardest days of your life.

Funeral Directors Lynn Gauthier and Brooke Couture were so patient, kind, empathetic…there are not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful these ladies were to work with. Our meetings with them were difficult for us based on the circumstances, yet they made every interaction easy and very pleasant. They truly make what they do as nice an experience as possible…and they love helping people. While this is a business, we ultimately felt that we were working with friends who truly went out of their way to celebrate our loved one.
