Jennifer truly did everything in her power to help us through this difficult time when we were lost and confused and in over our heads. We lost our loved one suddenly and were not prepared but she guided us and helped us manage to have a beautiful service and be able to say the goodbye we needed. I cannot thank her and Hardage enough for the help and kindness through this. I certainly will always remember this.
Jennifer and the staff was very compassionate and helpful with my husbands arrangements. Finding the perfect urn for him. Along with the beautiful bracelet with his ashes and fingerprint on it. Its perfect. I appreciate all of their kindness during this difficult time.
A year ago one of our family members passed away. Before this person passed they had already planned and paid for all of their funeral services and luncheon afterwards, it completely took the burden off of the grieving family which made an impression on me to get my mother's end of life affairs in order. I'm so grateful I did. I immediately went to Beaches-Chapel, mainly for the look and feel. It's not your traditional funeral home, and it has a beach feel to it. My mother passed recently (a year later) and since everything was already paid for, Hospice made one call to the funeral home and the rest of the process went so smoothly.
