Our 9 year old 5-Ton Carrier failed twice in the past 15 months, after years of flawless operation . On both service calls Rex Air was very quick to respond (same day) even though Rex Air did not install the unit. Nick, came out on both service call. Both failures were promptly diagnosed and taken care of effectively and professionally with help from Office Staff (Administrative-Ronda and Melody & Technical- Kenny). Great communication and excellent teamwork. Each individual went the extra mile to offer the best service possible.
