The best place in the Keys! Great location Great attention to details and customer service!! Our room was fabulous and we were about as far from the shore as you could get but that was about a 2 minute, lovely walk. Room was quiet with a wonderful screened in porch that was perfect for enjoying the sounds of the nearby waterfall. Just a wonderful place! Oh, and Jessica Wood took fabulous care of us!!!
We were very pleased with our recent stay at Cheeca! We were there for nearly a week--the rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-appointed. The restaurants served excellent food, and the staff was unfailingly polite and helpful. We had one issue with our room, and the hotel immediately made it right. We would definitely go back again!
We had a wonderful time. Only downside is the elevator was out of order in the building where we were supposed to stay we had to go back to the front desk for reassignment. We were given an ocean front room in the main building at no additional charges. The next morning we get a call from hotel management. The staff member who gave us the upgrade was not authorized and we had to move or pay an additional $250 per night. We packed our stuff and moved to another room but it was very far from the elevator and we asked them to do better. They tried to find other rooms for us but none were acceptable.
