Thank you, to the wonderful staff of New Image . Very polite and helpful. But ...mostly would like to thank the awesome ? dental assistant that replaced my cap . It had fallen out the night before and then it cracked when it was being replaced. She made a new one and i was on my way home.

I called last week due to tooth sensitivity. They gave me an appointment within a few days and said they’d move my cleaning, scheduled for next month, at the same time. That saves me time. I was apprehensive regarding potential pain in the area. The dentist was gentle and thorough checking the sensitive area and explaining the next steps. The hygienist, Deb, was aware of my issue and was careful to avoid causing me pain. She made some suggestions regarding the use of Sensodyne toothpaste beyond brushing, to reduce sensitivity. I was very happy with a no-pain visit.

The receptionist got me in quickly( next day) for an emergency appointment. The dental technician and dentist were wonderful, professional and courteous. Checking out and scheduling my next appointment was done quickly and efficiently.
