Adam was excellent--got right to my concerns, fixed them in a timely fashion. He is very calming ! A few days later Frank helped me and once again the service was outstanding. Today Gregorio helped me and corrected my problem in a few second and took the time to show me how to correct the problem on my own. BEST MONEY I SPEND EACH YEAR! I was always having annoying computer issues and wondering why so often my computer was messing up and not able to use it. Once I signed up for Rush Tech I am now able to have a trouble free laptop. Their tech support is top-notch and they always find ways to improve my system. They are truly a get what you pay for company and I am blessed to be a customer of theirs.

First they took time to inform me about my last tech support company, I couldn't believe what they were doing to other people. didn't check them out as I should have. rush tech support took the time to tell me about their company and there strong and highly rated service. everything was explained to me and I was offered different programs and service they supply. I was very happy with the Tech that repaired and made my computer as if it was closed off to all scammers, viruses, and trackers . plus special security.
