Remedy Heating & Cooling have been wonderful. I had an older unit at first and they came out and repaired within 10 hours of calling. Top notch service. They didn't over sell me on anything as my unit was 17 years old. They made the repair and told me I would most likely be looking for a new A/C unit within a year or so. They suggested not putting a lot of money into that one. So of course when it was time to get a new one they were our first choice. They installed the new unit in February, and threw in some maintenance visits with the purchase. The office called me a week later to schedule our 6 month visit before the craziness of summer scheduling happened to make sure we got our service on time.
I cannot say enough about the quality of the customer service provided by this company. I'm very thankful that they were able to respond to my request immediately.
