Michael is always very clear & informative with the activity that is going on. He is very professional & friendly. He provides good information & explains what is going on.
Romeo always does a great job and wants to help and be sure that you are happy with the service. On occasion we have had to call for a sudden flair of ants and I have called and he comes right out and corrects the issue.
I needed a tech immediately after finding what look like termites; my guy wasn't around till next week. Mike came to the rescue. It wasn't his route but he was in the area. Very thankful for the customer service!!
