I have to say Andy is top notch! We are three seniors taking care of our younger brother who is battling with Diabetes and has just had an amputation below his right knee and it is hard enough helping him on a daily basis and struggling with COPD. We can know if we have a problem or question with his breathing equipment, it just takes one phone call. He comes over and takes care of it while explaining to us what is going on. He is very professional and friendly, easing our worries with a smile. Thank you Andy for and your help and Lincare for your quality products.
