J. Bates Concrete Construction is the best concrete company we have ever hired in any of the five different areas of Florida that we have resided! They are busy but worth the wait to get on their schedule!! In the preplanning of the project, their expertise was evident and I especially appreciated their patience while we decided on the color and stamp design for our patio. Mr. Bates and crew did such quality workmanship and followed through for a perfect job. We are so happy with our beautiful new patio and we can’t wait for the next job that we have scheduled with the company!
Can’t say enough about this company. Everything went so smoothly and love the end result. Brandon was exceptional. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend, even to the most demanding consumer.
Made a bid appointment and no show no call. Funny thing we site says closes at 4 which happens to be the time their scheduler booked us. Update this company reached out with a email and phone call and made it right which is much appreciated. Thank you again for reaching out and explaining the situation with the scheduling error.
