I love this ER !!! Every time I have had to come to the ER lately it has been here that I have been coming . Tonight my son & I had to go to the ER . Our first stop was Ascension Sacred Heart ER in PCB . I tend to stop there because that ER is the first coming from the west end of the beach . Unfortunately! Tonight when we stopped at Sacred Heart we sat in the back waiting to be seen for HOURS !! When I asked when we would be seen they had no idea !! The worst part about it was there was no one else even in the ER !! All the staff was sitting around . Anyway I finally told them I wasn’t waiting anymore. I left & came down the road to Breakfast point ER & we were taken in immediately & finished with 30 min . This will be the ONLY ER I CONE TO FROM NOW ON . The staff here are amazing ! There bedside manners & care that they give is what you want when have to go to the ER ! Thank you for making our ER VISIT comfortable & caring! Y’all are amazing !!! Keep up the good work!
My husband was a pt in this hospital, from his doctor he was just perfect to his nurses not that much, on second floor Central, those nurses are very rude, to call them to the bedroom they took 30 minutes or even more been just at the counter chatting, I even have a picture of one of the machines to take vitals, does are been reuse by them, so if you bled all is past on to others. I heard them even talking about a housekeeper that was cleaning and that woman was there doing her job and her eyes about to cry. Thank God my husband is out for good, other than the nurses on 2nd floor everything else was ok, thank you Doctor Hernández
