Hays towne Vet hospital is the best veterinary hospital I have ever been to! All the wonderful ladies that help with bringing in our feral cats…Ashley! Crystal! Lilly!… very caring, loving, and informative ladies! ….(& please forgive me there were more wonderful ladies the first time I went so sorry I didn’t get their names)… They are always so kind and sweet and answer any questions you have! thank you! Excellent veterinary service! The doctors were so patient with their patient. They took the time to relax my dog & spent time caring for him in a new environment. Serious appreciate the care here.

Making the decision to say goodbye to my cat was a hard, but the compassion and kindness shown by Dr. Kerri and the staff made an unbearable day a little more peaceful. They spoke to me gently, gave me time, and treated my sweet cat with so much love and dignity. They walked me through every step with patience and understanding, and never rushed me or made me feel alone. I will forever be grateful for the comfort and empathy they provided during such a painful time. It takes a special kind of person to do this work with so much heart. Thank you for helping my cat pass peacefully and for supporting me through it. You truly made a difference.
