I have had an incredible experience with this company. Mike Dale and Vic have been incredibly patient and flexible making a stressful situation very manageable. They have been honest , fair, and always willing to make this an easy process. My roof turned out to be amazing. The workers were flawless in their work and clean up. I recently had a complete roof replacement done and the entire team did a wonderful job. After the job was complete I noticed a few issues that needed to be addressed/corrected. Michael and Danny were the main 2 folks that came out multiple times to address the issues and correct them. Michael in particular made me feel that 1st Choice Roofing has a real customer advocate in my corner and is really concerned with Customer satisfaction. I know that if I have any problems or concerns in the future, that I will have no issue getting them addressed. In the very near future I will be adding a couple of photos or videos that show what a professional job they did.
I had 1st choice put a new roof on my home 9 years ago. That experience with the company and the owner was great. They were competitive with a professional installation. This morning, after a hard rain all night, I discovered a small leak in the bedroom of my home. I contacted them, and they came out the same day. My roof is 9 years old and has gone through multiple tropical events; I was not expecting a warranty claim, just the service i got when they installed my roof the first time.
