The entire experience was incredible. From being greeted by Diana, who outlined exactly what to expect, set the tone early. We were guided to the locker room, where we got robes, slippers and a cocktail. We were then taken to the relaxation room where we waited for our service expert to greet us.I had the pleasure of working with Shelly, who was kind, professional and ensured I was comfortable with what was taking place throughout my massage. She checked in multiple times to make sure she I was enjoying and relaxing.I can honestly say, the experience was top notch and beyond relaxing. Keep up the great work!
Purchased for our Florida Home:Sparkle pool Service of Central FloridaTom and April are the most helpful knowledgeable people .They advised us to look at the all new Raypak line of pool heatersCross V Wind heat pump pool heater , equipped with Wi-FiThey supplied the new heater and accessories for an efficient and proper installation to code at a very reasonable price , I am sure they have my very best interests in mind in every aspect of their service to meThe new Raypak 8550 V seems to be a very sound machine, manufactured by the Rheem company , I understand that Rheem manufacturers more heat pumps than any other manufacturer for various applications hands down.The new 8550 is so very quiet that you can barely hear it running while the circulating pump is running I have to go and see if the fan is moving air to know for sure.I also calculate that it will be tremendously more efficient due to the new technology using the newer refrigerant than my previous heater ! Service was absolute zero. Went there for a wedding and they scattered us all around the different buildings. They were really impolite when we asked to join the bride in the same building. We ended up being in the furthest building as they couldn't accommodate our request. Also we had to throw all the food we brought away due to the lack of a mini fridge in the room. Finally our building had no elevator and we had to carry all our luggage up flights of stairs. There was a fire during the night that people from our wedding had to evacuate from. The room was old and could use some fresh decor renovations. While the golf course is nice, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone due to the extremely bad service and the attitude of the workers.
