I have to share this with you...my car had a tire light come on that it was very low and needed attention right away...4 stores later with no luck on an air machine that worked, I was getting nervous..decided to go 4 miles down the road, it was 6:30 in the a.m. add I would try I pulled into service and was greeted with a smile by Phil Reed, told him the situation and my car is not a Toyota. He did not hesitate to get all my tires aired up...I told him I truly appreciated it...truly a blessing to me on this dark morning more thank he knew...

I'm from out of state and just showed up without an appointment on a Tuesday at 3 pm. They welcomed me and accommodated my service request for an Oil change, tire balance and rotation. They had me back on the road before 430pm. Their entire team had great attitudes and were very professional. I would rate my experience a 10

As a business owner, I would stay as far away from this place as possible we've had issues every time we have had to deal with this dealership whether it be them selling us vehicles, they don't actually own or have in stock and then when we finally come in to pick up the vehicle they tell us that they can no longer honor their original agreement Now we've had a lease for three years that has had a safety recall that they never bothered to fix nor notify us of it be at the safety recall is a bumper and when we go in To buy out our lease they tell us that they can no longer certify it so we cannot get the warranty that's left with the vehicle/originally telling us they can't sell us the vehicle I've come to really love Toyotas over the years but when you call their corporate office, they tell you that they can't do anything to help you. That I have to deal with the dealership I now have two leases that I need to buy out one of them with the safety recall
