Customers report a smooth and easy booking process with great and clear communication. The team is professional, accommodating, reliable, and easy to work with, offering excellent customer service. Rentals, including themed bounce houses and trampolines, are delivered and picked up on time as promised. The equipment is always clean, in excellent condition, well-maintained, and set up perfectly. Many clients use the service year after year, highly recommend it, and state they will definitely be back for future events.
Tropical Party Rental did an amazing job for our event. The booking process was easy, communication was great, and everything was delivered exactly when promised. For my nephew's 3rd birthday, he wanted a Spider-Man-themed party. I searched everywhere for a Spider-Man bounce house, and I finally found Topical Party Rental, which was the only company offering one. I contacted them the same day, and they responded promptly. With only three days left, I was fortunate that the Spider-Man bounce house was available from that rental. I spoke with a representative named Fabian, who was fantastic. He helped me with securing the bounce house and informed me about the delivery and pickup times. Their customer service was excellent, and I definitely use them again future parties or events.
This is our second year renting trampolines from them, and once again they were amazing! Everything was clean, on time, and set up perfectly. The kids had the best time, and the service was smooth and professional. Highly recommend we’ll definitely be back again next year!
