He accomplished what several others have failed at, with a smile - even the Dealership could not get my windows outside surface clean, but Jorge, with merely a swipe of the proper product did so, and explained how and why no one else could. Very friendly guy and atmosphere. He truly loves his work, and you can tell by the results.
