I switched from Great Expectations after using them for over 15 years. Great Expectatations would send me a bill after every visit even though I paid my bill in full after my service. When I asked why I had a balance if I paid my bill in full after my service they would tell me because we don't know what the insurance will cover. I've had the same insurance for over 10 years. It is their jobs to call the insurance company before your visit and find out what is covered, what the patient's co-pay is, and what isn't covered.
