Plant Professionals is at the very top of the short list of professionals who exceed my highest expectations. We just installed a new pool and needed to landscape the entire backyard from scratch. My wife also hoped to freshen up the front yard, but that was not as big a priority. We found Plant Professionals online by dumb luck and it was the best decision we could have possibly made. First home run: Creativity. We had a vision of the type of landscaping we wanted – basically a tropical paradise with only garden, no grass – though we had no clear picture of how to make it happen. My wife described this very general vision and most remarkably Robbie and Tyler listened with great attentiveness. We also asked for some privacy by somehow screening our large front windows. Long story short, Tyler and Robbie actually understood what we were trying to achieve, and in addition to actually listening, they obviously cared enough to come up with the most dazzling, diverse, eye-catching design for both our front and back yards. It is nothing short of a work of art, and all the details, including a path and pergola were all imagined in the design. Second home run: Responsiveness. From the time that Tyler sent us the design, including photos of the plants and trees that he envisioned to bring our project to life, he was available for every question, comment, and reminder. He took every call and responded almost immediately with any concerns. When there were minor setbacks in timing due to circumstances that were beyond his control, he and Robbie actually accepted responsibility and made the schedule work. Third home run: The Team Everyone from Robbie and Tyler, the two Jasons, Pops and his dad and anyone whom we might have missed by name but remember by attitude, these people all acted like they CARED. They were deeply respectful and pleasant and just delightful in every way during the installation process. It seemed that every detail mattered to them. It was a remarkable change of pace as we have done many projects since we moved to this home three years ago. We have not had a crew like this before and we don’t know if we will be this lucky again! Finally: It is a great pleasure to recommend them to the many neighbors who have commented on our project, and especially to members of our family who have projects ahead. It was a rare gift to find a company with both a work ethic and general humanity that is displayed in how they treat one another as well as their customers. It starts at the top and everyone clearly follows suit. What a find. Plant Professionals is a homerun.

Highly recommend! Working with Plant Professionals has been a wonderful experience! From the onset Tyler has listened, understood, suggested and executed our landscape design with professionalism and ease. The crew arrived on time and finished the project in a very timely manner. They were all kind and courteous and when they left they took the mess with them. Top notch company with top notch employees.
