Clean environment. Friendly service. They have free bottle water & fresh made coffee. The hairstylist knows her hair. Also, what hairstyle & color goes with your bone structure. I wanted to cut& dye my hair but I didn't know what to do so I gave her the freedom to do anything to my hair. I LOVE the end result. Coming back definitely.

Im giving it a 3 because the place was nice and they were never rude to me. But my hair is what i do not like I wanted black with grey balayge... i have blonde parts apart from my entire hair being grey.. I can’t do anything about it but wash it off and I do not work yet it wasn’t even payed with my own money... this was supposed to be my look for the 24th and I payed 180 I was there since 9:30 until 6pm for this to happen to me /: ... im not one to give bad reviews but honestly im disappointed in my hair.... why wasn’t I recommend a different hair color if there are licensed cosmetologist working there they should know what is the best option.
