Reviews describe the entire project being handled with an incredible level of professionalism from beginning to end. They cut no corners, the quality of the work was outstanding, and communication throughout the entire process was excellent. The project was kept organized, on schedule and on budget, and the family always knew what was happening. Communication, attention to detail, and professionalism were exceptional. Everyone worked extremely hard and took pride in what they were doing, from the demolition crew to the installation team. The crew was extremely professional, delivering excellent work and outstanding customer service. A group chat allowed for seamless communication, and a digital system provided real-time photos of the work as it progressed. The installation process was seamless. Everybody involved in the process was very nice and polite. Frequent text messages from the owners updated the status and the process of the roof installation, and a complete album of pictures detailing the entire installation process was sent. The roof was done in less than 2 weeks and the team left the yard and areas all picked up. After having many quotes, this was the best one. Great with all the process. The team was very attentive. A five-star experience from start to finish and a spectacular job.
