Made an appointment for a tooth extraction, at the appointment time they took an X-ray and was sent back to the waiting room. It's now 1.5 hours past appointment time. Instructions were it was going to be general anesthesia and not to eat or drink past midnight. Two different people gave instructions, last week. Now they claim the appointment was just a consultation. Never have I heard such instructions for a consultation. Now, it's a local and must wait for an opening. The staff are not clear on what is going on and some are even snippy, others in the waiting room were talking about the same issues. Ask lots of questions and have them right it down or email your appointment and what it entails. This takes away their ability to blame you and puts it on them, when something isn't right.
