Came here for years to renew my work authorization permit. I went to another immigration agency to renew my work authorization card and I found out this agency has been filing my paperwork with the wrong date of birth! Marta and Patricia are extremely unprofessional. Unwilling to communicate with each other to ensure a quality customer experience. Does not value appointment time and will have you waiting two hours for a procedure that takes 10-15 minutes. Furthermore, based on my own personal experience, Marta is extremely rude and aggressive when I’ve asked her questions on the phone. If you value your time and professionalism, I recommend going somewhere. I am not the kind of person to go out of my way to leave bad reviews. However, after today’s experience, it’s safe to say I will never be stepping foot into their agency again.
