Had a guy get into my locker, don't know how. Ran me for 1400$ on credit cards called the cops for the report. The next time I went to the gym and asked the manager what are yall doing about it (like being more secure when checking people in) ... manager didn't even know. The lack of care is wildIt's Good gym as far as location and the amount of equipment, but the quality of equipment and how dirty the gym is... people throw the weights around and don't rerack the weights. The workers don't care about what happens there enough to make it a nice gym.
I always wanted to have an exercise routine but I didn't know how to start or what exercises to do until I found the Strength Training class this gym offers. So I decided to pay for the entire year to have daily access to this class. Unfortunately, when the instructor is absent, there is no one to replace her and the gym manager ignores requests to find a replacement in advance. I believe that this is a way of violating the contract that I signed where I paid in full for one year and the gym agreed to provide me with the activities and tools that I was looking for. Very disappointed.
Staff is very friendly and helpful but this is the most packed gym i have ever been to anywhere in the us even at 4 am you will wait in a line of multiple people to use anything better off doing push ups at home
