Wish I had known about this place years ago. Bought a Dell XPS 8930 about 6 years and while it performed well over the years I never like all the Dell propriety crap it came with such as Support Assist and Dell backing up my PC to their server - and the inability to use Msoft restorer. Their customer service was a nightmare and every tech I spoke with over the years always contradicted each other. My system recently crashed (which was a blessing) because it led me to RST. From the get go Ron was pretty certain it was the NVME card but he went through a full steam lengthy diagnostic (almost 2 days) and it was the NVME. This place is amazing, came in with a very old pc with some bugs, and left with a faster and better pc with windows 11 pro. Great place would 100% recommend if you have any issues with your computer.

RST gave my older PC a much needed tuneup and suggested a new mouse. It runs WAY faster now, and I can't thank them enough. I feel so much more efficient while I work! Highly recommended.
