About Climate Control Heating & Air
Climate Control Heating & Air Conditioning is a top-rated, family-owned business serving Volusia and Flagler Counties since 1983. The company's friendly team of trained expert technicians provides reliable HVAC services and is fully licensed and insured. Customers praise their professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge. One long-time customer highlighted Artel's exceptional service during a maintenance check, where he identified a problem and resolved it without extra cost. There was an initial issue with metal vents rusting due to salt air, but the company promptly replaced them with plastic vents at a reduced rate. They also offer weekend service and provide free estimates for new installations. Recently, another customer shared how Artel went above and beyond during a six-month maintenance service, even wearing a mask to ensure comfort. He spent two hours troubleshooting an older thermostat and explained the importance of changing vent filters regularly. His professional and polite approach left a strong impression. In another instance, after a customer returned home to an 88-degree house, they called Climate Control and received a quick response. Although initially, the earliest replacement date was July 15, Artel and another technician, Josh, volunteered to work on Saturday, picking up and installing a new unit ahead of schedule. Their dedication and service have made Climate Control Heating & Air Conditioning a trustworthy choice for all HVAC needs.

The air coming from the vent feels plenty cool, so I know the unit is working just fine. So he set...read full review

I was very upset and explained that I was having surgery that week and I was told that was the earliest date but they would see...read full review
