“Set up my first visit wanting to get the y-strap neck decompression done. Saw Dr. Matt for my initial and impressed with his knowledge and open-mindedness on alternate ways to heal the body. I trusted him when he said he could do the manual neck decompression very well with his hands ( vs. the y strap) and he did not disappoint. It instantly relieved my pain and overwhelmed me with emotions / release of trauma...IYKYK. I will definitely get the y strap in a future appointment, but feel confident that he will be able to heal my body in a way that other chiropractors have not been able to.“

“I have been a patient of Dr Rochester for 4 years. I go to my appointments with some pain or issue with my hip or knee or neck and always leave completly without discomfort or pain and happy! Dr Rochester always asks about my pain level and what issues I have that day. Then he brings me the moist heat pack for my back as I lay face down on the adjustment table. So relaxing and takes all the pressure off my body. He is never in a rush and takes his time to ask about all the physicial issues I have that day. His office manager, Angela, is also very professional and friendly. Dr Rochester and Angela make a great team! I always leave much better than when I came to the office.“

“Dr. Jon is amazing! I’ve been to several chiropractors, and he is by far the best. He understands the type of movements I do at the gym and is able to help me keep myself recovered well and feeling good so I can continue to enjoy the gym. He will adjust treatment plan based on what is bothering you, and he really takes the time to learn your body and how to help you feel good again. He is not one of those chiropractors that will give you a quick back crack and send you on your way. He will utilize other types of recovery tools (thera gun, cups, mobilization, etc) along with spinal adjustment to get you back to moving good and pain free again. I see him once a month for maintenance and my back is certainly much better for it.“

“I am Dr. Lockenour's biggest fan. He is such a brilliant, caring, gentle professional. He was recommended to us when I mentioned to a friend that my son had had surgery at Mayo Clinic and wasn't doing well in recovery. It was Dr. Lockenour's techniques and machines and medicines that finally gave my son amazing healing! A friend spent tons of money and time going to an orthopedic doctor for a leg injury that did not heal and Dr. Lockenour healed it in one session. Another friend was recommended surgery on kidney stones and went to Dr. Lockenour instead and he cleared it up with adjustments and asparagus pills. And I had tendonitis in my shoulder and couldn't move or sleep and after 2 sessions, I was back to normal. Just tonight, I called Dr. Lockenour for advice for my father-in-law who is in a rehab hospital. He called me after hours and spent lots of time explaining options as to how to help him. That's just like him to go above and beyond. He is really an angel on earth! I was such a skeptic about chiropractics before I met Dr. Lockenour but I would trust anything that man said or did. “Dr. DeMaio is awesome! She knows her stuff, and is a great chiropractor. I have degenerative disk disease in my neck and back and have seen a lot of chiropractors in the last decade and a half, and she’s by far one of my favorites! I love that she uses ArthroStem and an activator to help with adjustments, and addresses any pain or concerns I have.
