Cates electric is By far one of the best contractors, we’ve had the privilege of working with. Upon moving our company, we needed to upgrade the service in our building. They did some of the cleanest electrical work We have ever seen. But the best part is their customer service. They answer the phone they show up when they say they’re going to!

Cates Electric came out quickly and Josh was very helpful in finding and resolving our issue. It ended up being an FPL problem even after FPL indicated their equipment was working fine. Armed with Josh’s info of the problem, FPL came out the same day and found the problem in the transformer box. Thanks Josh.
