The only regret I have about leaving T car wash up the road is that I didn't do it sooner. The car wash is much better, vacuums are way better, and they provide cleaning cloths and glass cleaner. But what really stands out is the Service. In the last three or four months I have been a member it is clear and consistent, the owner is hands-on and Tidal Wave only selects employees with great customer service attitudes.

We just drove through a winter storm fro Canada. Stopped for fuel headed right over for a wash Lots of salt and sand. My truck was major crud all over. Very helpful with purchasing my walk and the extra care the team did on the pre wash made the difference. Came out like brand new.

Being a business owner I understand how bad reviews can have a negative impact on a business.I didn’t get to wash my car. My only comment is about the gentleman who was there when I arrived. Sorry, didn’t get his name. However, this gentleman has 0 customers service.I tried to buy a single car wash and all I had was cash. The guy lifted the arm walked away saying something that I couldn’t hear what he said. Apparently he was saying that I needed to leave.This gentleman needs to be educated how to talk to people with respect and talk to them face to face not while walking away giving them his back..That was very rude.. won’t go there again.
