During a roof replacement, water got into the attic/house due to inability to tarp the roof in time for a rain shower. The company who I had contracted to replace the roof contracted ServPro and I'm very happy with their selection. Dustin was our rep who came out ahead of time and did his due diligence to identify all the wet spots in the house. He was very detailed and definitely knew his audience (me) who wanted to make sure all parts of the house were considered. Dustin then worked with the roof company with professionalism to make it clear that 3 days of fans & dehumidifiers were a recommendation which they followed. After the 3 days, he arrived and performed with the same professionalism to see how the fans/dehumidifiers worked. He suggested that we do more time on the one spot which was not remediated (I had a total of 4, so he did a great job fixing 99% of it!) but since the roofing company already had contracted people to fix the remainder if the fans/dehumidifier didn't work, he simply marked on the ceiling what needed to be replaced. He did a great job and I definitely recommend them!
