Can't say enough good things about the folks at Preferred Mechanical. Attentive, responsive, courteous, prompt, quality work ethics, patient, etc, etc. Ken better not leave any time soon - he's the best. Eric cares about his employees and the business he manages. The staff answering calls communicate very well with the customer as well as with their team at Preferred. Plan to do business with them for a long time.
I would like to share my experience today with Eric the service technician. He was the second technician that came out to service our AC system. He didn’t know it at the time that we had another company come out last week. We needed a second opinion and have our system serviced. Not only was Eric down right honest he held nothing back. While the other company told us we had a leak in our system and needed a whole new system, Eric told me that not only did we not have a leak we didn’t need Freon. These folks are always a joy to do great business with! They were right on time, courteous, They respond extremely fast In an emergency situation with a stellar response time. All of their service technicians were a delight and prove that they are the absolute best in this business and the level of service and knowledge they bring with each unit is second to none! and they do it all with a caring and positive attitude. They really do care and that was REALLY EASY for us to pick up on!
