I was a first time customer for a blowout. I loved how my hair looked when I left, but when I finally washed my hair after the blowout, I distinctly smelled the scent of relaxer. I am natural, and my hair is now chemically changed. My natural curls are NOT the same. Not to mention a lot of my hair broke off in the back. I specifically stated I did not want any relaxer, but I believe they mix it with some of their products. I have been natural for over a decade, and have avoided relaxers or any type of chemicals that are related. I went here a year and a half ago and had a horrible experience. It was legitimately painful how hard the hairdresser scrubbed into my hair, it was ridiculous. And it looked bad afterwards. But I never leave bad reviews so I took the loss and let it go. However, I was somehow added to their texting system despite never signing up. I have been getting texts every month or two from this company for A YEAR AND A HALF with no option to unsubscribe. I've replied, with no help. I blocked the number, only to be texted by a different number. This is insane. I really am not a big complainer but this is honestly ridiculous at this point. There is no way to escape these texts. I did the Botox hair treatment here and it was the best thing I’ve ever done to my hair. It came out looking healthy and shiny and lasted like 4 months. Took out all the frizz and weirdness of my hair. Service was great and friendly. Maria was great and really knew what she was doing. The price was also very reasonable compared to other salons who offer this treatment. I definitely recommend. I will be going back for another one.
