I had an appointment with Elda yesterday, my mother has been to her several times and highly recommend her so I was comfortable going in,, but I wanted to go from the dark brown that I had done myself to platinum blonde, several shades lighter than my natural base of medium/strawberry blonde. Me and a friend are both new to the area first time on hair cuts so I called Hot Heads from the good reviews. They where very pleasant on phone assured me they would be able to cut our hair as we would like.
