I think that appliance repair is a difficult business to be in because repairs are often more expensive that customers want, expect, or hope it will be.
That being said, we had a great experience with them fixing our washing machine. Hopefully the repair lasts a long time. Shout out to Bryan for being prompt and communicative.

We purchased a used clothes dryer and had some concerns but Brian came out and ran all the tests and explained the fact it was operating properly. His knowledge and expertise and demeanor was very good.
