Our lab developed growths in his mouth due to his cancer. I called late Friday afternoon to make an appointment and after explaining the situation, they fit me in on the following Tuesday. Dr. Jaffe offered to get us in ASAP and even did the surgery on Christmas Eve. He had to go back a few months later for the same surgery and everyone there did as before...got us in quickly and took great care of him. When he passed away, we got a personalized card from the entire staff. Every interaction we had with anyone in this office was always kind, professional and understanding. We are so grateful that he was taken care of during his last few months by Dr. Jaffe and her staff!

I would recommend Dr. Jaffe and Federal Animal Hospital without reservation. Dr. Jaffe is calm, compassionate, well educated, and experienced. She takes her time and is focused on the issues at hand. She even contacted me at home in the evening after an initial examination to complete answering all of my questions. She and her staff provided a very calm atmosphere for a very scared, recently rescued pup. The front office staff and treatment room technicians were patient, calm and wonderful! We are very blessed to have Federal Animal Hospital here in Hobe Sound, Florida.
