Mr. Saunders: Forgot to mention in his post that I the owner of Heritage Mechanical Service, spent at least 20mins with him on the phone, trying to fix his problem for free. He also did not mention that he was told we service or current customers first. Nor did he mention that we have been working out of town for past two weeks. After coming out to solve a minor issue with my generator installation I started having electrical issues in my kitchen. Since some things in the kitchen run on the generator I assumed they were related. John came out to make sure it wasn’t related to their work (it was not their fault), told me what my likely issue was and how to have it fixed. Very knowledgeable and good service.
