I noticed my refrigerator wasn't cooling properly, I called and spoke with Renee. She told me they actually had someone not far from me doing a repair and she would call him and see if he could stop by and look at it for me . He came by in about 1/2 hour he was at my home . He diagnosed my problem. He was very polite and professional! He said that Renee would call me later to let me know how much the part would be and qoute to repair it . I will say they are honest & reliable folks definitely recommend and will definitely use again in the future! Thank you for your quick response!
Our LG dishwasher needed the motor replaced (under warranty). We called Cornerstone and received great customer service from start to finish. The office staff was friendly and courteous. MIke, the service tech, was knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. He KNOWS LG appliances and was quick and efficient. It was all done in a timely manner upon receipt of the part. I felt the service charge was fair and would highly recommend.
Mike with Cornerstone was great. He was prompt, on time, and quick to assess the issue. He explained what was happening in detail, and exactly how to fix it and his concerns. He was frank about the fact that the washing machine ultimately had a design flaw, and he knew his fix would be only temporary. Ultimately, his advice saved us time and money because we were able to decide that it’s more beneficial to purchase a new machine than repeatedly have a bandaid fix to the problem. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.
