This place has the best customer service in all of Miami-Dade county, regardless of the industry, that I've visited since moving to South Florida a few years ago. The employees are very attentive to the customer's needs, they treat you well, and offer up the best haircuts in town. Unfortunately, the prices have gone up since the start of the pandemic, but you still get a better bang for you buck compared to the other haircut places in the area. I have not come here very often since the start of the pandemic and since I started cutting my own hair in that time, but when I need a well-done, professional haircut, there's no other place I'd rather go to than here.
Took my daughter for a haircut, I was scheduled for 1:30 but they didn't sit us until almost an hour later. There seemed to be a little bit of a miscommunication at the front desk as to who was cutting my daughters hair, I believe they double booked the same hairdresser for her time slot BUT the lady who took care of her, Cristy, did a fantastic job. My daughter was very happy with her hair cut and the hair dresser was very friendly and professional. I kept her card, definitely using her again.
