My name is Oscar Sherman. I have used Suncoast for years for dry wood termites problems and have a yearly policy for inspection. Jimmy and his son, Jimmy , came today because I had a problem in the upstairs closet. I have never been so impressed as I was with them. Jimmy Sr. was friendly, personable with a dynamite personality. He was very thorough, inspecting the whole house and finding a couple of other areas to treat beside the upstairs closet. They were completely professional and I want you to know that you have two excellent people working for you.

I've been a customer of Suncoast since i purchased my home 10 years ago (I have termite contracts with them). The past few years I've started wondering exactly what I'm paying for because the technician never spent more than a few minutes in my home each year. I'd made the decision to start looking for a different company until my renewal appointment today.
The technician, Jimmy Farfan, is phenomenal. He spent close to an hour with me, explaining everything he did. What most astounded me was when I asked about insect droppings that the previous tech told me he had no idea what they were. Jimmy glanced at them and told me they're termite droppings.
