I love my hair stylist she knows what I want and does an excellent job at what she does . I'm usually so related when someone's working on my hair and just blow drying it makes me sleepy . I am so happy she does an excellent job I have been to many other salons but she gets what I want and it's not an all day affair my color , cut and blow dry are great. Love you Ileana .
Third star is for customer service when I got there. I went about a month ago to just have my hair cut in layers. Since I have kinky curly hair, it's a bit tricky. I spoke to the woman who would be cutting my hair how it has to be done. I dont think she understood well what I told her, & when I asked her if she knew how to cut in layers she says she knew. I closed my eyes, clenched my teeth, and waited. Finally she cut my hair. I thought it was only the beginning, but, no, she was done with just one cut across.
