We finally got a good technician, willing and able to take the time to troubleshoot the issue properly. The laundry center had been serviced by two prior Technicians in November and December and they could not fix the issue. It took more than three months to get fixed. You need more technicians like Ahmed, who are not in a rush to leave for the next appointment, to the expense of the customer.

Was on time and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the cost of the repair would close to the amount of buying a new dryer. I am hoping to contact GE to see if the heating element is under warranty

I pay AHS home warranty and am always glad when they send Sears Home Services. Because they always get the repair done. Richard was outstanding in taking apart my dryer and dislodging the sock trapped in the exhaust fan blade. Fast, clean organized.
