Today I visited the Sanitas Medical center at the Miami Lakes Center, not only it helps when you have Highly and well educated professionals but also when those professionals give you the appropriate orientation you need to understand what you have and what you need to do. I came out of there feeling as an important customer, educated on what I need to do to get better and more importantly acknowledging the benefit I will have in a near future health wise. I truly believe that it is extremely important for everyone to have the right professionals explain to you everything about your condition and they specialized on making you feel better just by being there and listening to their conclusions. They just treat you amazingly good!.........God bless Dr. Irma Gonzalez as well as her Assistant Eileen Carrizo who took great care of me. All of the staff at Sanitas are concentrated on giving you right and positive attitude starting from the very same moment you come into the center and get that smile which makes you feel like family. Thanks Everyone at Sanitas....

This company is a factory of patients; they aim to be a one-stop-shop for everything, but lack proper organization and staff training, including communication skills. Every time you call, you're routed to a call center as if you were contacting your credit card company. It's impossible to speak directly to your doctor or ask any questions about the medicine prescribed. For example, I was prescribed a medicine that caused some abnormal side effects. When I called to speak to my doctor about it, I wasn't able to reach her. Instead, I had to speak to the call center, who then created a note in the system for the specific clinic that saw me. However, this note was never transferred to the doctor, and despite waiting for 10 days, I received no response. Eventually, someone called me back only to inform me that I needed to schedule an appointment to see the doctor again, just to ask a question about the prescribed medication. This seemed excessive, especially considering the urgency of addressing the medication's side effects, prompting me to consider going to the emergency room. I feel compelled to note that my doctor, Carmen de Leon, is exceptional, and it's unfortunate that she is affiliated with this organization.

I asked the main number about blood test and how they handle them and I said if it was by order of coming in! He told me it was by appointment! I was lied to! I had to sit and wait and almost missed my other appointments! I sat in a crowded room for two hours ! Next time I'll use quest for sure! Sanitas is very disorganized! Before you come in double check with supervisors! People working don't seem to know what they are talking about! Guys name was Cesar!
