I am receiving the worst customer service from this company. Wrong parts ordered that were shipped to my home to be stored for my scheduled service, instead of the repair man bringing them. When the repair man left after discovering they were the wrong parts, he left them here for me to store again. The company will schedule a morning appointment, then text you an afternoon appt. Correct parts were ordered but not shipped to me. The hours I was scheduled for this appointment was between 12:30 pm and- 5:00 pm. No show of repairmen, but shows up at 6:45 pm. I’m almost completely satisfied with the service and communication. One item that needs to be reviewed is when a product is removed for repair, if the product cannot be repaired and the manufacturer replaces the product, reinstalling or rehanging the product should be done.
Technician identified the problem although it was not in his domain to repair it. Apparently, someone from the previous job contributed to the problem which he corrected. A friend changed the hose that he said needed changing.
