The atmosphere is clean and tidy, and the staff takes the time to explain everything in detail, including lenses and frame options. The attention to detail and patient care are outstanding, making it a 5-star rating-worthy office.
These people are wonderful ❤️, they are very professional and they work with the fullest extent of your insurance company. There is a young lady Danniella who is just wonderful.I highly recommend this place.
The service they provide, the atmosphere, the professional treatment from ALL the girls who work there including the doctor, absolutely everything in that office is of excellence. It is one of the few offices (in Hialeah) that offer services in the health field that deserve a 5-star rating. Thank you very much and many successes to all.
Gabriela is the best! She fully helped me with making sure I had everything I need and she was super patient. She went into full detail about everything and explained every single lens and she stayed with me for about an hour to make sure I had my perfect frame . I am not one to write much reviews but this place really stood out to me aside from the great attention the optical was really clean and tidy and the doctor was amazing she really took her time with me and addressed my every concern I recommend people to come here, you will feel welcomed.
