I own a number of faux plants/trees from Nearly Natural and I am ver happy with them. I just ordered a faux silk olive tree for my daughter in law. The pot arrived broken. I reached out to customer support and in less than an hour they had a replacement tree on its way. You can’t expect more than this. Quality product with outstanding customer support.
