My mom is an elderly person the lady looked like she was just miserable my mom instead in no manicure just have her nails painted the lady ignored her when my mom would complain she would tell her to relax. Could be a language barrier since my mom does not speak English and the lady barely speaks English. I don’t care what the language is you have to be dumb not to understand when a customer is dissatisfied. Customers always right that’s just the way it is. If you don’t want to do your job then just stay home and don’t get paid. My mom is still in pain!

HORRIBLE !! GO ANYWHERE ELSE! DO YOUR NAILS AT FRESCO DELI lane INSTEAD !! I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHY THEY ARE STILL OPEN. I live literally 3 blocks away and I'd rather drive 20min. anywhere else. they are rude! My mother walked in and we had to walk straight back out because they speak to you as if You're asking for a FREE manicure! they talk among themselves and you know they are gossiping about the clients ALL 2 of them !! When i did my nails the last time there, my fingers looked like i had a bunch of chicklets for tips. i gave them the benefit of the doubt today and again Epic FAIL.!! i wish i could write this in mandarin so they know exactly how much they SUCK ! i want...read full review

Omg the worst place I have ever been to in my life
This lady cut me three to four times on all of my fingers. They have no professionalism, the place is dirty, the towels, the chairs, the utensils, this place really should be shut down
Please better get a pedicure at home before coming to this dump to give away your money. In my life my nails had looked like this, horrible and I cut them so that in two weeks I won't be able to wear tennis shoes.
