I really have the most amazing opinion after I finished my visit to the office x the first time, excellent customer service, impeccable higiene and order, everything was in time and everybody around me shared this opinions,, I’m so prude because x many years I were very close and I didn’t realize it,,, the optometrist, the office manager and the lady that take care of insurance super professional ,,,,, I’m very happy

Today I visited the Optician recommended by a person whose judgment I trust. Frank helped me and with a smile from the first moment I knew I wouldn't regret it. Very attentive, VERY PATIENT and gave me all the time and options I needed to choose which would be my first lenses. It would be unfair to mention him alone. The Dr. was very detailed and the other girl (sorry I don't remember your name) who took out one and another armor to choose not only the one that was "good" but one that was PERFECT for me. Thank you, Thank you for still providing this EXQUISITE customer service AND GIVING THE "EXTRA" in attention, friendliness and professionalism.
