Today I received the worst mistreatment in this room, it is the worst in Miami, and it is not the first time. I'm sorry to say that none of the manicurists work after 6:30 or want to do more repairs, if the owners do not supervise the place they will lose many customers. Around 7 pm they told me to return at 8 with my mother, after losing more than an hour returning and with a sleepy face they tell you that they can't work anymore, so why did they tell me to come back!!!!! IT IS A LACK OF RESPECT TO THE CUSTOMER

I would strongly suggest to go somewhere else. This place is not sanitary, they do not have mask on and if I didn’t mention to the girl to clean her equipment she wouldn’t have done it. During my manicure she didn’t set my hands in water, didn’t use lotion and cut my nails after putting the gel nail polish. It was honestly messy, her station was just so filthyServices: Manicures

Worst experience I’ve ever had, they set me up with an inexperienced young girl, she took forever atleast 3 hours for a mani - pedi, the greeter was unprofessional and didn’t even speak English. I would Never recommend this place to anyone!! Not to mention my mani - pedi lasted a day, cheap product was used and the paint chipped instantly! Horrible experience!
