Buying my first home from them in collaboration with the developer was one of the worst decisions I could have ever made. The complete incompetence at all levels of this company should dissuade even the most novice or seasoned developers/homebuyers from working with Danva. Beyond the lackluster build quality and subpar repair work (with still a list of unattended items after over a year of seeking assistance), their lack of responsiveness is unlike any company I’ve ever worked with. I cannot in good faith recommend working with Danva to even my worst enemy—they’re truly next level and I’ve elevated my concerns all the way to the Better Business Bureau.

This company is simply the worst. They break things, then lie by saying it was broken when they got here, with the only person touching the equipment being Danva ????, then charge you for the repair. The service technician does a terrible job of cleaning (a pool under a screened enclosure), blasts his music over your music and leaves the screen door open so that your lanai and house fill up with mosquitoes and no-see-ums. Property damage too (broken part on generator in photo). Nightmare. Stay away!
