We just replaced our roof with Coda. We are extremely satisfied with their professionalism. They were very respectful with the property and all the Association's requests, as well as our instructions on where to park, how to access the roof in order to avoid any conflict with nextdoor neighbors. They responded all our questions, provided all necessary documentation timely. The finish on the roof looks very good and it was tested through the heavy rain that we have had these last days.
