Very helpful, they are helping me fight addictions, the only downside is not Citrus itself, but it is Claudia the psychiatrist, but aside from that this place and their programs are 5 stars, Ms. Lopez (Elie) and Ms. Perez (Lori) are very helpful they are good at what they do.
I wasn't that satisfied with my experience at Citrus. The only reason that I tried coming here was to try to get an individual therapist for my daughter. We saw a psychiatrist and then he referred us to Citrus Embrace that works alongside FIU. It's hard to reach their office to speak with anyone and even then, the next part in the process was to see a psychiatrist at this different office so that we can finally be referred to a therapist. There's too many unnecessary parts of the process just to have my daughter finally assigned with a therapist.
