I really love this facility, but they have major issues with answering the telephones and transferring phone calls I really feel like nobody wants to help me. It could be very frustrating when I’m just trying to get some medication. Citrus Health what’s going on with that?Updated 05.31.23Service has really improved!! Thank you for all you do!

I was sent here in the beginning of February, kinda nice staff, during breakfast a doctor would come in and draw blood from patients without parents consent, very traumatizing for me and multiple patients.. I was happy when people were finally discharged, they did not deserve to go through this pain.. but the night shift nurses were angels.. the teacher was so kind he would allow us to play music of our liking.. (But please do not take this place as your/your child's top pick Jackson hospital may be better in some ways)

I hate this place with my entire life, I was baker acted here in October 13, 2022, and remained 63 hours in this mental facility combined with a prison, I felt so traumatized being here, with the uncomfortable beds, the staff were mid (howard however was the only respectable staff member), the food was ass, and me and my friend Steven were harassed here by a lgbt emo girl, I cried every time i would see my mom because now i think she'll think horrible of me and i'll know that she'll have to leave so i was crying in my cell, so parents dont bring your child here.
